Dan Coffey's column appears in the Tuesday edition of the Tribune where he sites a survey which list New Albany as the highest sewer rate of any second class city. I am sure this was a very scientific study (ie. a member of the potty police googled it.)
He forgets that Jeffersonville has joined New Albany as a second class city and just recently passed a 200% rate increase and has a higher rate than us.
Of course I wouldn't want facts to get in the way of his story tellin'

Seems he (Coffey) impeaches himself with the diversions and half-truths in his newspaper opinion piece.
